Nestled behind Marky’s Caviar retail shop on Madison Ave., Marky’s Caviar offers a fine-casual dining experience for up to 12 guests. Our all day à la carte menu is crafted by Corporate Executive Chef Buddha Lo, a two-time Top Chef winner. The location also specializes in caviar service and features a curated wine list. It is the original location for our Michelin-plated Huso restaurant. Originally opened in 2019, Huso is relocating to a larger space in Tribeca to provide a reimagined, caviar-inspired tasting menu in early 2025.
