Nestled behind Marky’s Caviar retail shop on Madison Ave., Marky’s Caviar offers a fine-casual dining experience with an all day à la carte menu is crafted by Corporate Executive Chef Buddha Lo, a two-time Top Chef winner. It is the original location for our Michelin-plated Huso restaurant. Originally opened in 2019, Huso has relocated to a larger, brighter space in Tribeca where we provide a reimagined caviar-inspired tasting menu in the evenings. Our restaurant in Miami, Marky's Caviar Lounge, features a more casual, all-day à la carte menu with American classics inspired by caviar. All of our locations specialize in offering caviar service alongside our menus.
