In 2019, Huso quietly opened behind the curtains of Marky’s Caviar on Madison Avenue, offering an intimate fine-casual dining experience with an à la carte lunch menu and a thoughtfully curated dinner tasting menu. Nestled within the Miami-based gourmet food company’s first New York City retail shop, Huso received Michelin Plate recognition for several years.
Led by Executive Chef Buddha Lo, winner of Top Chef Season 19 and Top Chef World All Stars Season 20, Huso’s success has allowed us to expand. We are in the process of moving to a larger location at 323A Greenwich St. in Tribeca, NYC, where Executive Chef Lo and his team will unveil a reimagined tasting menu in a more spacious setting in the coming months. Meanwhile, our Madison Avenue location has transitioned under the Marky’s Caviar name and continues to provide gourmet retail products and serve the à la carte and caviar service menu with extended hours.
