In 2019, Huso quietly opened behind the curtains of Marky’s Caviar on Madison Avenue, offering an intimate fine-casual dining experience with an à la carte lunch menu and a thoughtfully curated dinner tasting menu. Nestled within the Miami-based gourmet food company’s first New York City retail shop, Huso received Michelin Plate recognition for several years.

Led by Executive Chef Buddha Lo, winner of Top Chef and Top Chef World All Stars, Huso has evolved from its original intimate tasting counter on Madison Avenue into a One MICHELIN Star dining destination in Tribeca. Nestled within Marky’s Caviar Tribeca, Huso now offers a refined 12-course seasonal tasting menu centered on precision, seasonality, and elevated hospitality. Since opening its new home in February 2025, Huso has earned national recognition, including One MICHELIN Star, Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence, and recognition as one of Robb Report’s Best New Restaurants in America. Meanwhile, our original Madison Avenue location continues to operate under the Marky’s Caviar name, offering gourmet retail products, an all-day à la carte menu, and signature caviar service.
