Located behind the retail store, Marky’s Caviar offers an intimate fine-casual dining experience for up to 12 guests.

· Chef: The à la carte menu is crafted by Buddha Lo, a two-time Top Chef winner

· Menu Highlights: Specializing in caviar service with a curated wine list

· Heritage: Originally home to Huso, a Michelin-plated restaurant, now relocated to Tribeca

· Offers a selection of pre-fixed caviar flights, including:

· Domestic Caviar Flight: Sevruga, Siberian Sturgeon, White Sturgeon

· Premium Caviar Flight: Beluga Hybrid di Venezia, Osetra Imperial Gold, Kaluga Royal Amber

· International Caviar Flight: Almas Osetra, Osetra Royal Amber, Kaluga Imperial Gold

· Individual caviar tins available for purchase

· All caviar service includes traditional accompaniments: handmade blinis, crème fraîche, egg yolk, egg white, scallions, shallots

 

Private Dining & Events:

· Exclusive private dining experiences for groups of up to 14 seated guests or 25 for standing events

· Customizable pre-fixed à la carte menus available

 

 

Reservations:

· Highly recommended due to limited seating (walk-ins welcome, subject to availability)

· Additional seating available at a window table outside the main dining room
