Caviar service is available alongside our à la carte menu, featuring pre-fixed selections from our carefully curated “Private Stock” caviar collection. These include the Domestic Caviar Flight, showcasing Servruga, Siberian Sturgeon, and White Sturgeon; the Premium Caviar Flight, featuring Beluga Hybrid di Venezia, Osetra Imperial Gold, and Kaluga Royal Amber; and the International Caviar Flight, offering Almas Osetra, Osetra Royal Amber, and Kaluga Imperial Gold. For those seeking something different, individual tins are also available for purchase. All caviar service is accompanied by traditional accompaniments: handmade blinis, crème fraîche, and classic garnishes such as egg yolk, egg white, scallions, and shallots.
